TheRealReal is a sustainable luxury consignment company with a passion for extending the lives of authentic, lightly used luxury products. TheRealReal has a long history of success with KenCreative, and when it came to instilling workplace pride by adorning their warehouse and office common areas with modern, employee-centric murals, KenCreative was asked to execute the project.

TheRealReal wanted the employee portraits to symbolize not only the pride and appreciation it feels towards its employees, but also the modern and forward-thinking mindset with which TheRealReal conducts its business. The KenCreative team photographed employees representing each department. Then, the team pixelated each picture. Just as TheRealReal has many employees that make up one harmonious whole, each portrait comes together as a whole when looked at from a distance. The resulting portraits effectively remind each employee that they are integral parts of TheRealReal team.
