“Celebrate Simply” was the theme of our 2010 promotion — a year when austerity was on many consumers’ minds. Our strategy was to promote the simple things in life; a visit over coffee with friends, a simple gift of coffee beans for the host, or an “indulgent” coffee drink for yourself during the busy holiday season. The red and blue gift cards were designed with the same winter pattern (and with metallic inks) to promote the cards as simple gifts you can give to a friend or co-worker to acknowledge Chanukah and Christmas.
