KenCreative completed brand positioning, naming and packaging projects for Black Diamond Brewery — a craft brewery that creates ales with distinctive flavor profiles. The ales are positioned as adventurous and our packaging reflects this. The more adventurous the ale, the more extreme is the sport depicted. Very distinctive logos were created to reflect the personalities.
Since the redesign, Black Diamond has gained placement in California and Oregon supermarkets including Safeway and Whole Foods Market, amongst others. The Black Diamond team attributes a great deal of their new success to the redesigned packaging that reflects their positioning — packaging that has been overwhelmingly lauded by customers.
